Not Receiving Password Reset Email

There may be situations in which you forget your password.

To Reset Your Password:

  • Simply select the “Forgot Password” button in either your Perch tablet or web app and a link will be sent to your provided email address. From your email, follow the prompts to reset.
  • We will only send reset links to emails that we have on file.

SECURITY NOTICE: A Perch representative cannot reset your password for you. We take data security very seriously and it is a security violation for a Perch representative to have knowledge of your credentials.

If You Are Not Receiving Your Password Reset Email:

  • Check your spam folder to ensure the email did not end up there.
  • Please either email support@perch.fit or submit a support ticket, and a representative will help ensure you receive the reset password.
