Athlete Status Table

The Athlete Status table displays all active athletes within the selected team.

Date filter: The athlete status table is always displaying the most recent session's data within Plan, Evaluate and Train. Selecting "30 days" will add an Evaluate or Train column for each assessment or exercise completed in the last 30 days.

There are 3 athlete status categories:

  • PLAN Status: Completion and Goal accuracy status scores are provided from the most recent workout programmed with Perch Plan.
  • EVALUATE Status: Readiness status scores are provided for each unique assessment type completed in the selected time period.
    • For example, the column for CMJ (Arms Fixed) status displays the best jump height Z-Score from the latest session alongside the (total number of sessions in the last 30 days). Each Z-Score is the number of standard deviations from a user’s mean score.
  • TRAIN Status: Train status scores are provided for each tracked strength exercise completed in the selected time period for which the athlete has a load velocity profile. This status reflects how well the athlete performed in their session compared to their expected performance.
    • Train Status Score: The averaged % difference between the best mean velocity performed for each set and the athlete's expected best mean velocity (based on each athlete's unique LV profile) from each set across the athlete's most recent session.
      • Sets with bands and chains are included in the Train Status Score.
      • Example Train Score  "3.5% (4)":
        • Athlete performed a total of (4) sets of Back Squat in their most recent session.
        • Train Status Score for this Athlete for Back Squat = "3.5%"
          • First set's BEST rep mean velocity is 10% BETTER than the expected BEST rep mean velocity based on that Athlete's Load-Velocity Profile (LVP).
          • Second set's BEST rep mean velocity is 5% BETTER than the expected BEST rep mean velocity, based on that Athlete's LVP.
          • Third set's BEST rep mean velocity is -2.17% WORSE than the expected BEST rep mean velocity, based on that Athlete's LVP.
          • Fourth set's BEST rep mean velocity is 2.17% BETTER than the expected BEST rep mean velocity, based on that Athlete's LVP.
        • Calculation: (10 %+ 5% + (-2.17%) +1.17%) / 4 = 3.5%.

You can check an athlete's expected best rep for each weight by viewing their Load Velocity Profile.

Team Readiness Score

The Team Readiness score is also available on the homepage. This score displays the mean z-score for the team of athletes selected. Each Z-Score is the number of standard deviations from a user’s mean score, considering sets from the last 30 days.
